I agree with the above comments about the poor service. The did not collect my premiums for months and months despite numerous phone calls. They blamed my bank, yet the bank had recieved no requests. I have written numerous letters and telephoned numerous times. This went on for almost 12 months. Glen was rude (customer services) and completely uninterested. They sent me a letter saying it was their fault, and still cancelled my insurance policy without informing me! Adsolute cowboys. Do not use them. I complained and got nowhere. I spoke to Shaun and Ian Sadler (team managerS). NO USE AT ALL. Take my advice because I dont normally complain. STAY AWAY FROM AVIVA
