The last policy account statement I have received is for the period : 21/10/2009 to 21/11/2009.After that, i haven’t received any policy account statement till date even though I am paying the the policy premium till date. The latest premium payment made is on 21/01/2010. Please help me in this regard.

I have paid my yearly renewal premium through cheque and
deposited it to the branch office through the Agency Manager Mr.
Debarchan Basu whose code no. is 199093 under insurance advisor code

That my premium cheque value of Rs. 10,354, as mode yly and have
been paying since the date of commencement.
But as on my Bank Pass Book it has also debited from my account
and the said branch has shown my policy status as lapse so that I am
unable to pay my renewal in due date since from due date.
I think the said branch has fraud to me after realisation the
said cheque renewal amount.
I therefore, request you to vouch the matter and investigate it
properly for the above matters and take necessary action and I am
ready to send all necessary documents as if you required for your end.

Never ever buy any insurance products from BIRLA ..It is one of the fraud FU…..G company of india .I invested 109000 in one of the equity based policy for 3 yrs .End of 3 years when i asked for my fund value ..it has came dowm to 66000 ..( LOSSOF 42000 Rs ) .When I asked these FU …RS about why it happened so …got a very irresponsible answer & i was told to wait for 1 more year ..After 1.5 years again i went and asked the fund value it is still 67000 ..Just an increase of 1000 .. Now tell it is good to put a money on FD ..you will get a genuine interrest of atleast 8 -10 % ..These bloody FU..ers make us choo ..ya always by giving wrong guidance for investment .

This is to bring to your kind notice that on regular pursuation of Snowtex Investment Ltd. Agent Mr. Rahul Sahni (9716571551 ), I invested in BSLI Bachat endowment plan (term period 20 years) whose policy no. is 004692974 dated 8/02/2011. That in the policy I was promised that after 90 days free medical encashment scheme will activate. But even after 90 days the scheme is yet to be activated. The worst part is that even I am not getting proper answers from customer care so as to what to do.
That it was the feature of the policy which lured me to invest. That in case if scheme fails to activate, in that scenario please reimburse my policy money with interest. Kindly look into the matter & reply as early as possible.

May I request you to look at the matter.
One of your AGENCY MANANGER at Uluberia Branch, Howrah MRS. SASWATI MONDAL is also a Director in the Board of Directors in SKYLINK MAR COM INDIA LTD., another money marketing company at Bagnan.
All the deposit of this company is most probably depositing in in esteemed concern.
My question is 1)How can you allow a Director in your payroll? 2) Regarding money & policy, who will be responsible?

Res.sir/ i visited your Ratlam office on 16th march for depositing premium. I have not seen such a lazy and ….. cashier in my life. i was only customer on counter and still he was not interested in receiving cash he was all time insisted that you should bring cheque and i am not having change and receiving notes pose so many problem.sir/ good furniture, neckties,uniform, and snob behaviour of employees is not sufficient. only faith on customer and good behaviour works/ please see and take appropriate action/ om prakash ojha/ Ratlam[m.p.]

because two policy misselling by sales manager in my family member my father and my brother in law,my brother in law working in pvt Ltd,and earning 4500 per month
how to manage further instalment because sale manager saying onily three installment 25000 annualy onily three year but now companys saying
your term 5 year and you have to pay 5 year
i m also belong to insurance company max life insurance but i find birla policy mostly misselling

This is to inform you with grave concern that myself Subhajit Das a resident of Kasba Kolkata 42 before 2 months received a call from number 8981110946. This was a call for a personal loan query and that person on behalf of Snowtex Investment Ltd. told me after doing a Birla Sun life Insurance of amount 15000/- I will be entitled to get 300000 (Three Lakh Rupees) and as per their conditions after getting the insurance policy kit I have to handover it to them and need not to pay yearly 15000/- premium. They called me many times and finally I agreed with their terms.
I paid Rs.15000/- on 24|11|12. I got my Birla Sun Life Bachat Endowment Plan with policy number 005847135. After the policy documents reached me this Snowtex Investment Ltd. Representative called me up and collected the original policy kit.
I tried to contact them after that but they continued not to response my call and I could not get the loan they promised. Now simply I want to close this policy and return my money straightaway.
After submission all documents and details within 25 days they assure me that I will get my payment within 15 days and receive my application with their stamp. Now almost 4 months past but they are not responding even they are giving time 15 days every time when I call them. What is the solution?

Still I am not getting any positive response from Birla Sun Life company. I have already went their Kolkata office more than 6 times. Submit complain documents visit there many times for updates but unfortunately after 5 months of my complain these people are still investigating the case. Not only me hundred of people who regularly go there for their complain. Every time BirlaSun’s office PR asked for more 15 days and this is going on.
It’s amazing that this big company doing this type of activities and thousand of people are being victimized but no one rages voice against this insurance company.
