CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF KOLKATA IS VERY VERY VERY WORST. THEY TRIED TO YOU IGNORE AT ANY COST. IT IS VERY SADFUL TO VALUED COMPANY SUCH LIKE AS BLUE DART-DHL. ALL OFFICERS PLEASE CHECK AS A UNKNOWN CUSTOMER FROM OUTSIDE OF THAT COMPANY TO BEHAVE OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

Hi,

Blue Dart is the pathetic company of the courier they are worst then the local courier companies… they dont even know how to speak with customer.. dont respect he difficulty of customer.. how urgent the requirement of the customer is.. they are really really pathetic and i would suggest that any of corporate should not go with Blue Dart. I have never seen such a worst service and customer handling.

one of the worst service provider blue dart. they are not felexible they dont know how to talk to there customer .there customer care is like police station worst customer care services. iwill take to bar of court.

most worst service of blue dart courier service.I had a mail from Sharekhan, Mumbai but the mail do not deliver to me and return to sharekhan office three times. I also called customer care & agent service centre about 22 times for aquiring the mail but I not get the mail till 5/5/2011. My addess is Leningarh “B” colony P.O.-chandpur, Dt-24th paraganas(n) W.B.

I have been looking for this packet. to whom or to which address did the delivery person went for ref. HBS060330482586. Tracking details shows that i refused to accept. Who is that delivery person who made this remark? Kindly advise if i need to escalate this further.

This is just to inform you about the pathetic
service from BLUE DART.. I have been facing such severe issue with the company that i dont have any word to explain. I have been expecting my credit card Which has been deliverd to me with lots of pain….
Reason is the staff they have hired for delivery..People are so hopeless that they dnt even know how to speak.. They are so adamant thay they are saying that.” why dont u take a leave from ur work when u know the courier is important. “.Now this is not the cmr service that we expect from a reputed company like BLUE DART… My suggestions to all out there dont ever send any couriers from BLUE DART. Its Hopeless…
