ICICi recently started multi level customer grievances solution facility.

  1. If customer have any complain about ICICI BANK or they are unhappy with bank personal,they can contact primarily to customer care.Goto http://www.icicibank.com/pfsuser/customer/cuscarenos.htm   to see customer care number of ICICI BANK.
  2. If customer are unhappy with resolution received from customer care, they can write mail to: Mr. Avijit Saha, Head, Customer Service. They just have to fillup a simple form. Goto https://infinity.icicibank.co.in/salesEARWeb/web/rbi/jsp/escalationForm2.jsp  to see the form.Customer will must receive a response within 10 days from Customer Care Head.
  3. If customer still not satisfied with the resolution, then they can write to Mr.Shiva Kumar Tadikonda, Nodal Officer,ICICI BANK. Goto https://infinity.icicibank.co.in/salesEARWeb/web/rbi/jsp/escalationForm3.jsp   to send email to him.Customer will must receive a response within 10 days from Nodal Officer.
  4. If still Customer are unhappy with resolution,he can do any of the following two steps.

    dear Sir
    1. ICICI Bank is one of the worst bank in India. It basically frauds the customer and do not attend to the requests made by the customers. Iam personally a victim of the same. All the officials posted in ICICI are professionally incompetent and cluless of various schemes and conditions applicable in the policies. They misguide the customers and take away their hard earned money. No one attends to the customers grievances and clarification sought. Whom should i approach?
