Dear sir,
I bought a Dell Inspiron N4030 laptop near about July 2011 from Tamluk,Purba Medinipur,WB,
But from the beginnig I haven’t got any backup or Driver setup CD with it,
and I had having problem with it since my sound system gone dead & today 13 oct,2011 my laptop’s battery is viewing a message “consider change your battery”,

because i can’t install the home primium whice was given with the laptop…
how can i divide my one and only drive….???

I had purchased a Dell Vostro 1015 in Feb’2011. I have a software named Buyer used for my work. In my office when conected to Bsnl Broadband Connection this application gets disconnected every 10-15 mins only on this laptop.
Please help this is urgent as it is hampering my work.

Dear Dell Service provider,

I complained you long back regarding the broken right side frame near cd driver and my keyboard has some keys popped out.My webcam and microphone are disconnected through wire by the last Dell person who attended the service. But no body came to give me the service. Kindly give me the service as soon as possible because i m facing a lot of problem due to this.
