Why do you mislead people? Is there any scientific study done to back this up. Publish the official results of that study here.

Your body temp is 98.4 F that is enough to re-melt any ’sludge’ that you are talking about..even if you ate ICE.

Also – fats are the last part of the food to be digested NOT first!! the sequence is as follows – simple carbs, complex carbs, protiens and then fats.
