Yesterday on 2nd september,2009 Gmail not accessible for almost 2 hours.Millions of Gmail user affected by this failure.Yesterday was the 40th birthday of Internet.Google provided Gmail is currently world third most popular free email service provider.Gmail has currently 149 million users.
Yesterday most of the Gmail user see a message “Unable to reach Gmail” for almost 2 hours.Google said that they were alerted within seconds & they take some changes to prevent such failure in future.
Google increased the dependancy among the users,but yesterday failure again raise a big question against Google reliability. Different company use free version of Gmail as their email service provider.But affected company may thing to use Gmail again in future.
