   I have purchased 2 airconditioners on 10/04/2011 from nikshan elecrtonics ie, econ model and two service people came on 11/04/2011 for fixing it from ur service centre kannur. The service people were very arragonat and the way they were talking was they are doing everything in free cost and they told that they will just fix the ac and will show how the ac is working and connecting the with the elecriccal system is not their job . Then I told them that I will compaint the matter to the company then they told me that u do whatever u want , they don’t mind , the name of that fellow is one sujith . Finally after fixing the ac they charged Rs.500/- for each total Rs.1000/- and did not give any receipt and also they stolen the vent pipe of one ac. Why ur service attutude is like this ? U want no more bussiness ? In future i want three more airconditioners but never i will go for godrej. my cell no is 08907004450

   Is Godrej ,a well reputed company,promoting ‘customer care’ OR ‘customer careless’??.I gave three complaints to CC on11,22,25April for servicing&repairing of two split ACs on AMC( 0408100002&3),but no responce in action till now.Very cleverly,they r not registering and not informing the Complaint No thro’SMS’to the customer.This is a ‘foul game’ they r playing.Whether the Company should put a ‘CHECK’ on cc or the customers should put a ‘check’ on Godrej should be decided.It is not proper for Godrej to encourage such mean practices by its customer care.REGARDS,

   are you having customer care center or customer careless service center? please refer my complaint no.452680 dated 12.05.2011. one service engineer has came up only on 20.05.2011. now one knob has to be provided to the plant. please do the needful

   it is matter of ignorance that your service is very slow for the repair of godreg ac i have lodgged a complained on 14-6-2011 at your customer care but till today i could not get repaired .
