i m pallavi from noida sector 18.6 months ago i purchase “hcl me” from patna,bt my system does work in proper way,it’s bluetooth does nt work,function key also does nt work,some time it’s also create problm in switching.plz let cure this problm as possible as u cn….also tel me the nearest service center from noida sector 18….

i parched HCL Desktop with UPS of 31 june 2011 in nehru place delhi with 3 years of guaranty but system does not work properly.desktop speakers sound does not work, multimedia doesnot support.
so please visit in my homE.

Dear Team,

I bought my HCL PC one year ago. Now i am facing some problem in my monitor since last one month There is the display problem, in the starting is was showing some pouches of different colours ,Some time it is lust like tube lite (White colour) but now it is not switching on.
there is some serious issue.

Kindly revert me asap because my total office work is depend on same system.

Dear Sir,

I am Satya Narayan Pattanaik, from Orissa, Berhampur. Sir I purchased a Laptop Me 38 series on November 2010. My Laptop has so many problems, from the date of purchasing I worried with my Laptop bcz from the date of purchase still now I get problem with white screen and i go to servicing centre 10 times in four months but they just repair it and after few days there is same problem occurred. If u not gives HCL service correctly then your customer should not eligible to take & think about HCL Laptop. If a Customer has been in problem then you have to give service correctly. But from the purchase if a Laptop always gives problem for 10 times then what should he/she do. So please give me suggestion which shall be I grateful to you and customer says HCL is the Best.

sir i purchased hcl me laptop on 15 march 2010 of series 38 now from few 15 days it is not on bluetooth function i have also intalled windows two times give a satisfied respponse.and the driver is not installing
