This cannot be done ,now everywhere they are putting imei numbers for china phones for Rs.199 mrp so what can the government or anybody else do about this nothing can be done , there is a way for everything /

With regret,i have to say, that yesterday 16.07.2010 on verifications call by your medical insurance person Mr. Singh to whom ,i had accepted the your medical insurance proposal but now i want to get proposal cancelled and may not be sent policy document to me.
Because, i am not good feeling with your 48 month waiting period of any old illness revealed, about that your mr singh was told me during the verification call.
So, i am taking back our decision to get policy from you now please do cancel the same and not deduct the payment from my credit card no.4346781008527483.
Please may be confirmed me about cancellation of medical insurance policy immediate.

I had been told by HDFC ERGO Insurance to take mediclaim policy, & told that only premium will be deducted monthly but now meassage came at my phone that something addded other charges for the period also money deducted which totally wrong work did please clear about it make only deduction of monthly only otherwise cancel the policy without deducting any from my credit card account strict order & instruction from me 9323692975

This is to intimate you that I, Smt. Vandana, W/o Sri Manvendra Gupta, R/o 1/138, Vibhav Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow has applied for a flat under APNA GHAR YOJANA of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), Lucknow. My form no. is 13345 for which I have deposited Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) at LDA Counter, Lucknow .
Due to closure of APNA GHAR YOJANA, the LDA has authorized HDFC Bank, Branch Hazratganj, Near Halwasia, Lucknow to refund the deposited amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) to the applicant. In this connection when I have contacted the concerned branch on 06 Dec., 2010 the person deputed there responded that all the refunds have been sent to the applicant and it would reach within a week at the applicant’s address. When I have not received any letter from HDFC, I again contacted the concerned branch on 17 Dec., 2010, the person deputed there has advised that if the refund would not reach at your address by 26 Dec., 2010 then you may contact with all the relevant documents to collect the pay order from the bank. When I contacted the branch on 27 Dec., 2010, it was again responded that the courier had been sent to the applicant’s address and if that did not reach there by 03 Jan., 2011 then you may collect pay order by the bank. Again on discussing the same matter with the bank official on 03 Jan., 2011, the response was not satisfactory.
In the above context it is here by requested to please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

I have not received my Motor Car Policy(Kolkata) from the Insurance agent Phone No.09830148087 on repeted reqest. While collecting the payment He had promised to deliver the same on time bu as usual after collecting the same he simply refused the deliver the policy. Now it is my turn to hit post to pillar to collect the policy. I have made numerous call to this person.

I am a car insurance holder for 03 years with this HDFCERGO. I get SMS to renew but when I enquire my policy/ car number/ name does not exist in your data base and 1800-2-700-700 gives excuses.
What kind of services are you providing?
When you send SMS why not responsibily attend to.
Why not to update your database?

i am car insurance holder from oct2010.Few days back my car meet with an minor accident and my back mirror damaged i went to Rohan motors. They told me for claim but i refuged and get my new mirror by cash. now i got an sms that you are not entitiled for NO CLAIM BONUS which i dosent claim…my car loan account no is 17287354.

Iam surprised that no one contacted me& there is no mail received from HDFC ERGO i received sms, containts as per your telephone conformetion we will debit yourcredit card a/c for helth renewal.
