Iam surprised that no one contacted me& there is no mail received from HDFC ERGO i received sms, containts as per your telephone conformetion we will debit yourcredit card a/c for helth renewal.

It is very bad practice.Dont do in future for any one.

Dear Bank,
i am car insurance holder from oct2010.Few days back my car meet with an minor accident and my back mirror damaged i went to Rohan motors. They told me for claim but i refuged and get my new mirror by cash. now i got an sms that you are not entitiled for NO CLAIM BONUS which i dosent claim…my car loan account no is 17287354.
so plz look at the matter so that i get no claim bonus when i renewd my policy.

I am a car insurance holder for 03 years with this HDFCERGO. I get SMS to renew but when I enquire my policy/ car number/ name does not exist in your data base and 1800-2-700-700 gives excuses.
What kind of services are you providing?
When you send SMS why not responsibily attend to.
Why not to update your database?
My policy number is VP00306263000103.
With this kind of experience who will continue with you?

Dear Sir,

With regret,i have to say, that verifications call by your medical insurance person Mrs.Deep to whom ,i had accepted the your medical insurance proposal but now i want to get proposal cancelled and may not be sent policy document to me.

Because, i am not good feeling with your policy after confirm the cancelling of the policy but till date you are deduct the policy amount my credit card

So, i am taking back our decision to get policy from you now please do cancel the same and not deduct the payment from my credit card no.4050285000297547
Please may be confirmed me about cancellation of medical insurance policy immediate.

I have not received my Motor Car Policy(Kolkata) from the Insurance agent Phone No.09830148087 on repeted reqest. While collecting the payment He had promised to deliver the same on time bu as usual after collecting the same he simply refused the deliver the policy. Now it is my turn to hit post to pillar to collect the policy. I have made numerous call to this person.
