Went to Sarjapur road DTDC office :
Only cons-
Under staffed – only one 18-20 year old girl to do everything
In experienced : couldn’t make the receipts properly. Misquoted the price of courier ( I had shown my parcels to her in the beginning and she weighed them and informed me the cost)
Wasted my two hours to book 2 consignments
Demanded higher price after I finished writing ”To’ and ‘From’ saying this will go as per measurement of box and not weight. I agreed.
She repeated the same thing for my 2nd consignment demanding higher amount after I finished writing the address. I refused to pay. 2 more sales guys came to office and said she is ‘new’ and you have to pay as per parcel dimensions. Had a scene. Now I am unable to track the consignment. Website not functioning. SMS tracking not working. No response to phone calls. They fleeced me of my money and I have no idea where my consignment is.

DTDC consignment tracker system fails to work several times, the SMS tracking system does not work at all and the so called “guaranteed delivery
on next business day” has failed for DTDC plus even for metro cities. Since, The charges of DTDC plus is pretty high then the customer service must also be improved.
