with continiouation I will say if any body want the proof just make call to customer care and see what happens. Its better to have no Idea rather than having an Idea connection. 7890985398 you could call me but sorry Idea has disconnected my number without giving any information to me. Now I am thinking of running an anti Idea campaign.

Hi this is chandan from kolkata. Idea is a cheat company and they are cheating their customers. I am saying that because I am a victim of this. The Idea customer care executives are all lyiers and they dont even take the complaints. Few minutes back 1 person named Bhuban Sarkar said that he cant take my complaint. I was complaining that without any prior information to me my number has been disconnected and when I contacted the customer care he rudely behaved with me and did not took the complaint. I have 4 Idea connection in my family and many with my friends and I will tell everybody to switchover to other service providers as now we have the number portability. Please dont get Idea if you are not having and change immideatly if u have Idea.

Sir,
I am Rajar Chakraborty , From Durgapur Mobile no 8609164644.
Today (30.04.2011) I have see Rs 75 duducted with out my permission.
my SR no –15322781689 and Rectifi date 03-05-2011 but nobody responce till o4.05.2011.
If you have not refand my 75 Rs I will switch of or MNP your compani commection.
Please rectifie my problem as soon as possible.

Iam Ajay verma holding prepaid no.9088251400, My complaint is without my request or knowledge Idea activated service ” love ki dispensary service” and deducted my balance every time when i am charging it from few weeks. i am spoken to customer care but did not get any response.I request you please whatever my balance deducted same give back immediately. i want to know that why it happend and ensure me that in future it will not happen.

I amTarun Kr Ghosh holding prepaid Idea M.No 90888596304. My complaint is without my request or knowledge Ideadeducted my balance.

I spoken idea customer care related this, he(Dhritiman) was not able to give satisfactory answer why idea activated this service without my request or knowlege. i requested him pls write my complaint and give me reference no. He replied me that i forwarded your complaint and reference no, you will get on your mobile within one minute. But till time i did not received any reference no of my complaint from idea side.

It is very serious matter without request or konwledge of subscriber idea activating value added service and deducting balance. such activity of idea. Idea reputation will go down you know……
