    Have been trying to port out for the past one mtn. Response:– Violation of Contract and port out rejected. Network is very bad with lot of call drops, and poor connectivity.Even Loop finds it difficult to contact me. Pls give me the sanction to switch out. I’ve paid Rs19 twice to the other network provider but still no luck.I have billing and ECS, also pd Rs500 in advance for Bonanza plan. However, if Loop doesn’t want me to go I’ll finally have to forget the no and move to someone else and get their new no. So Loop will really gain nothing by forcing me to stay!

    I am concerned for my Client Mr. Ashok Singh having mobile No. 9664141612.
    According to my client he is using his Mobile with your service since last 6 months but he
    is not satisfied with your services. He has recharged his mobile with 89 internet pack on
    12th feb.2011 at 9pm and that service have its validity upto 13th March 2011 as your service
    has 30 days validity. But according to him his internet service stop working on last night and
    his balance of 3.85 Rs get deducted. He further said that this was not the first time when this
    type of problem arise, on 14th Feb 2011 also there was a deduction of 20 Rs. occured and
    when he inquired from your Customer Service authority he had not got the proper responce
    and satisfied solution.
    What is the criteria of your deduction? Your authority have informed him that some kind
    of services get automatically get started. It seems that you all have not framed any Rule or
    Regulation. Today morning i.e. on 11.03.2011 at 9.19AM when he called to your Customer
    Care at 198 your people have said that complian will be resolved but when he asked for
    balance which is got deducted by your mistake they informed that there is no rule of refund
    and they are unable to reply under which rule this policy is framed. I want to know under which
    code or procedure you all are saying this kindly inform me.
    Hence i am requesting you to take the necessery and appropriate steps to satisfy my client.
    Your forbearance compell me to proceed towards the Consumer Forum.
    Please take a seriously action against this complain and give me a feedback on my email.
    I hope you alll do ur work sincerely.

I was shocked to have bill on GPRS usage of Rs: 750/- plus 10.3 % tax. since I am appearing for CA final, I sent my father to know the correctness of the bill and pay the bill.     I am having a complaint for balanced deduction for subscription to a biz news.I had given a request for unsubscription for the same on 16 th may DOC-SR-160539978.I was told that the scheme has been deactivated but even then on 17th june my 20r.s has been deducted.I again complained on the same day Doc-sr-1706114160 and was told that it will get refunded in 2 working days.But till date 25th june 2011 m just been given 4 different DOC no.latest DOC-sr-250681316 and still not refunded.And today m told that since I dint complianed within 24 hrs.I wont be refunded.I m not at all satisfied with this compliant.PLZ revert me asap.

    I had taken the connection +91-8082578653, about three months back as a secondary connection to another number and was planning to shift all my numbers to Loop mobile until i received my ebill yesterday.

    For the last three months I have got a bill of approx 100 Rs since i hardly use my Loop mobile. However, this month i have got a bill of 911. Sure that this was a billing error, I went to your customer care branch at Crawford market to find out more.

    It seems that on the 26th of July I have been charged Rs 720/- on the account of 120 mins of calls made on the number 55717. This is an astrology number. The irony is that i dont believe in astrology and star signs at all and this number has always been with me, so i cannot suspect anyone else also using it. One more thing that defies logic is that, why would someone log on to the astrology call for 120 mins ON THE SAME DAY, when the information would be given out in a couple of minutes. Also this number doesnot appear in my list of dialled numbers.

    I am sure this is a backend problem and i trust that you will reverse this charge at the earliest. I will not be paying my bill until then. Also, if this matter is not resolved, i would be lodging a complaint in consumer forums.

    Hopefully, I would not have to go to that length and you would resolve the matter at the earliest.

    1) I have complaint about Non Disturbance of SMS to your service center in January 2011 and I have got answer that they will deactivate the non disturbance SMS till 13th March 2011.

    Still now this deactivation is not done from your service center.

    2) Futher I have requested for porting connection from Loop Mobile to Idea, its about last 3 months the porting has been not done stating the reasons mentioned below.
    i) First porting code – Outstanding Bill payment.
    ii) Second porting code – Porting code does not tally.
    iii) Third Porting Code – Porting Code does not tally.

    For my First reason reqarding to porting code the answer is from me to you is that, I am regularly making payments in time. But still your service center is answering bullshits.

    I never get call for your regularly updated plans and your network is not working in native places, so i want to change my connection from Loop to Idea.

    Its request to put my request for non-disturbance SMS and kindly forward my porting request for Idea at the earliest.

    I , Abdul Sameer Shaikh- using Loopmobile connection since a long time (9821198384) and was very much happy with the service & the schemes except the customer care service. I have notice every time that the agents sitting in the customer care to help the customer are very arrogant & argumentive. Moreover the supervisors and the TL’s who are suppose to take escalation calls of unsatisfied customer are the worst. They never take any escalation call- I always wonder is there any 1 to monitor them? I must be using the Loop connection since 10 years- i guess and I think only once successful transfer was done from agent to Supervisor, because every time agents tell the supervisors are busy and disconnect the call from their side orelse they tell they are transferring the call and after hold call automatically gets drop. I am also working in telecom industry (Vodafone) and knows about every thing – how everything works. The supervisors must be dropping the call when its transfer to them. I am very much frustated from 10 years only due to this. request you to please look into the matter and keep an eye on it.

    The main reason is that before 2-3 weeks I call to customer care to check which service is active but agent told no service is active and yesterday also the executive told system is down and no service is active. But today morning I receive a sms that 20rs is charged and from morning twice I called but not got resolution and 2nd time agent told he is transferring call to supervisor but after hold call got drop.
    Therefore I request you to reverse my a/c with the amount deducted and want acknowledgement that from next time supervisor will take my escalation call

    This is to inform you that i am very much upset with your customer care service. I gave a call to customer care service on 09/12/2011 at 02:20 AM in the morning to give a complaint for my internet services but your customer service representative started talking rudely and was not helping me properly to resolve my issue and when I requested him to transfer the cal to his supervisor then he was not transferring the call to his supervisor and was continuously talking rudely and after sometime he transferred my call to his supervisor who abused me alot and disconnected my cal.
    After that I received a call from his department within few minutes from number 9870588800 and the person who called me told his name GANESH K and he was telling me that he got a message from his department that he called because my call got disconnected speaking to customer care representative, he also apologized that his representative was in sleep so he abused me and now they are going to punish him, I m your customer since 3years and my monthly usage is more that 600rs/month and I give a call only if I m having an issue with anything, I never gave a call for time pass in my 3years. I m your genuine customer. Now I want a apology letter from that CSR regarding this issue, if you really care your genuine customers then you will reply me as soon as possible on my no. 9773154847, 9594352723.

    I have called loop mobile customer care 8 times since yesterday. But only two times they responding my call & another all executive disconnected my call. On yesterday deducting 90/- from my mobile balance. When I asked the reason they told me any scheme activated I say NO, no any scheme activated on my mobile, then the executive told me I put refund request, my docket no. is DOC-C-050236704. My account validity till 30/11/2012, Mobile no. is 98211 87242. Last recharge of 111/-. Deducted of 90/- on yesterday & Deducted of 1/- on Today. Now my current balance is ZERO. I want to know the status of my refund request & when can I get my balance refund.

    Please sir help me. its not only about my balance deduction its about the poor service provided by loop mobile.

When I tried to make a call from 8082438569 I get a message “Please call customer call” I really do not understand what is happening with LOOP Mobile. This is not the first time it happens with LOOP Mobile. This is the nth time it is happening and LOOP management never bothers to rectify this problem. We have never heard about such an inefficient management
    At least after receiving this mail and going through my message carefully please take tight measures to find out the Loop holes in your management to establish the name of LOOP mobile.

    Have been with BPL for over 10 yrs. Have seen ups and downs in the service. Have appreciated its improvised and additional services.
    In the last 2 mnths, am fed up with the careless attitute it has adopted. No delay in bill payment, without any intimation, they disconnect the line. AFter confirmation of payment they do not activate the line. After adding my numb to the DND list, i still get call from weird numbs. CAll drop in office and home are becoming a recurring problem.

Lekin monday ke din bhi nahi hua to maine phir se call kiya aur meri baat 5th nov 2012 shaam 5.30 pm team leader nakwa se bath hui aur kaha kee raat 8.00 pm se pahle rs. 57 mere vapas milenge. Baadme mujhe msg aaya kee mera docket no. Hai doc-sr-051178466. Jab maine aaj subah 6th nov 2012 baat kee toh mujhe bataya gaya kee aapki request 5th nov ko lee hai aur 2 din lagege. Mera phone customer care disconnect kar rahe hai. Jab maine landline se call kiya toh unhone unknown number samajke uthaya aur baat kee. Maine jab kaha mujhe maruti aur nakwa se baat karni hai toh unhone kaha ke woh dono busy hai. Jab maine jade request kee toh unhone kaha kee woh nakwa se baat karwa rahe hai. Mujhe 15 min tak executive sameer ne hold karvaya phone transfer karne ke naam se aur phone disconnect kiya. Jab bhi mein landline se bhi call karti rahi hoon mera phone disconnect kiya jaa rahaa hai. Ye mere paise 3 baar cut hui hai abhi mein jyada sahan nahi karungi.Upar se aapke executives mere phone par phit phiche aste hai woh maine phone pe sun liya tha.Yeh mere rs 57 kaa sawaal nahi hai. Yeh customer ko phasane kaa sawaal hai. Unko complaint na lene kaa sawaal hai. Agar aapko customer se kaise handle karte hai wo pata nahi toh apni gallary band kijiye.
