HI, i have purchased Q2, before three months, after use of one month, it restart and shutdown automatically, i gave mobile to local service station, they sent it to Ahmedabad for MBD replacement. after 28 days i got my cell back. and just after one day of receiving the same, got the same problem, again given to service station. now they are not replying properly. its already 12 days passed again. i m very helpless as i have to make many communication via phone. and how many days i can arrange a stand by phone ? i m suffering very much due to very poor service of Micromax. please guide me in this matter.

I purchased a Micromax Gravity Cellular Phone in July,2010.The dealer told that there is one year gurantee and free replacement shall be given.Now my phone is not taking charging.I was directed to go to Sevice Centre at Kalkaji, New Delhi.There I was told that it is damaged set as such mother Board will have to changed.It will cost me Rs. 1300/- plus 21 days.
I am amused as to what is the Guarantee for ?

Hi, I’ve Micromax Q5. The ear phone is plugged out. However it shows the icon on the screen that it is plugged in. I am not able to speak on the idle mode. To speak with anyone, I need to put the speaker on. This is embarrasing. I purchasing this fucking device just one month back. Please give the resolution on my email.
It is disheartenning. I will not recomment your device to any of my friends and relatives.

I still regret the day I bought this q5 micromax handset..the trackball stopped functioning right within 4 months of the purchase, also staffs in the service center in lajpat nagar are so rude especially a lady who thinks she’s the head of some Ambani group of co.s, don’t know how to deal with the customers. Also asked me to keep the handset for 6-7 days to replace the trackball when it can be done within a day..Shame on such a service from the company like micromax. I feel like cheated & still I am unable to replace the trackball…..Shame shame

I have bought Micromax C-111, A 1000001115618 B mobile handset on 23rd August 2010 From Sharma Telecom C-284, DDA Colony Khyala New Delhi-110018 After 6 Day my mobile has an issue while charging (Charging Slot) & I have submitted my mobile in the uttam nagar services center to resolve the same with the mobile no a 1000001115618b. I have called services center for update but they replied that it will take 15 days to resolve & this is the TAT for their company. After 15 days I have visited the services center but my handset was not ready. Request you to please help me to resolve this issues.

Sir,
I had given my handset at your service centre Rapid Communication situated M- Block opposite to Kerela School, Vikas Puri.
They had taken the time of 48 hrs for the following work:
1. Trackball was not moving downwards
2. Error in taking Phone book backup in a memory card
3. There was a problem in MMS setting, hence MMS was unable to be sent or received from the phone since beginning.
But out of the three problems, only trackball could have been changed within a given time period of 48 hrs., leaving the other problems untouched.
Apart from the above, the software of Opera Mini, which was working at the time handset was given at the service centre, became unavailable at the time of taking back the handset.
Engineers working there are not at all serious, they just know how to make fun of others.
Please suggest what should i do now..

I purchsed a Micromax Q55 BLINK. But, after 20 days,the handset Earplug not working properly and giving sound problem. Then, I go to “Mozo Service Centre”, for sought out the problem. But, after checking the mobile, ‘Mozo’ employees told me that the main problem in the “JACK”. And mobile needs to change the “JACK”. They suggest me that your mobile sent to Micromax Company for replace the JACK and Co. taking time for atleast One Month, so it is better that you change the “JACK” on payment of Rs.200/-. I had agreed for payment of Rs.200/- better then my mobile gone to Co. and I am suffered for one month without the handset.

I again contacted “MOZO”, they told me that the in the handset the main problem is “SOFTWARE” and “SOME SERIOUS INTERNAL/CHARGING PROBLEM”, and your handset sent to MICROMAX CO. for reparing, and Co. will take one month time. But after THREE MONTHS, they did not given back my handset. I contacted them 40-50 times, but they always told me that “COMPANY SE PHONE NAHI AAYA HAI, IS COMPANY SE TO HUM KHUD PARESHAN HAI. COMPANY PHONE TO BAICH(SELL) DETI HAI, PAR USKE PARTS SUPPLY NAHI KARTI HAI.” They always told me that you come after few days. Now, previous days, ‘MOZO SERVICE CENTRE” address changed, but they did not informed the customers for changing address. They shifted to “NEAR MAHARAJA BANQUET HALL/ NEAR LAXMI NAGAR DISTRICT CENTRE”.
I’ll requested MICROMAX COMPANY to solve my problem, because I am suffering/harrassed by your authorised dealer for the last 3-4 months. Otherwise, I’ll go to CONSUMER COURT, and file the suit againt “MOZO” and “MICROMAX CO”. The address of the service centre is given below :-

I went to prince servicde center, kalkaji, there Mr Sunil who is the honour irresponsible person, he misbehave with me n did not ok my set. Really it’s bad company n bad service. Now I am ready to write a mail against Prince Communication serviced center due to his misbehave. And ask the compnay in by which date our mibile will be ok. Otherwise I will also go in consumer court immediately.

I purchased a Micromax QUBE 550 Phone in OCT,2010 from Mobile store , Sarita Vihar.The dealer told that there is one year gurantee and free replacement shall be given.Now my phone is not taking charging.I was directed to go to Sevice Centre at Govindpuri,Kalkaji, New Delhi.There I was told that it Connector is damaged as such mother Board will have to changed.It will cost me Rs. 800/- plus 2-3 weeks days. There also i found the same problem having with two more customer and they techincal guy asking them 600 and 800 /-

i hve purchased gc360 on 23 dec 11 after 2 months it stopped charging service centre at lajpat nagar told me dat ur charger is ok but there is some other problem and will take 20 days.after repeated contacts and with a verbal fights i got back my phone ater 1 month still it was unable to charge.then they say there is a problem wid d charger.at present we dont have a charger pl contact uc after 15-20 days. getting charger changed is a again a big fight. after dat it atomatically switches off as and when it feels like.now the other person is not able to here my voice properly as if some radio station is not getting proper signal and after 2 min d other person is not able to here my voice.tell me some service center near delhi cantt which give me good service becoz my experience is very bad wid micromax.u shd do something to build up ur goodwill.phone dont go away in less than 1 yr unless and untill stolen.
