   micromax service is very poor in bangalore.
   the phone keep ringing & they dont pick up the call.
   i have purchased brand new micromax Q7 last month but with in 15 days charger point of mobile was complaint, then after service i am not able to connect my data cable,
   pls get back to me as soon as possible

   I exactly had the same problem as you.
   My Q7 phone was under warranty(2 months) old. It seems they have changed the service center.

    Sir,
    I bought Micromax x360 set on Feb, 2010 I am facing many problems like default it is selecting the headset profile am unable to change the profile ,if i need to make a call i need to use headphone or i need switch on the loudspeaker ,with phone speaker not able to listen songs and a very little batry back up . Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible.

    i have a micromax q5 mobile purchased june 2010 i was not satisfied with the phone because keypads track ball got structed and i given a servies and again one month later tne same problem was raised and battery also failled so that we went for a servies they have taken 15 days battery for the mobile is not available till now

    I brought Micromax-X250 mobile, automatic
    switch off the mobile,noise operation from the speaker and key pad is not working properly.The first problem noticed
    after 3 months onwards later found another two problems.I have given the
    mobile to Rajajinagar service center
    dated 05/01/2011 but not yet received the mobile.The mobile is within warranty
    period.When will I get back the mobile?

    I bought a micromax-q7 from pie international..those fuckers gave me a micromax service center’s address and contact no to go and fuck them..but those people are not available to get fucked…so planned to file a complaint at consumer court…..i can wait for the reply for a week if there is no reply to this comment i will defenitly file a case against MICROMAX….mention a valid service station contact no and address…

    Hi,

    I bought a Micromax A60 Android mobile phone on 17 jan 2010.The phone is very best but I’m facing a problem. Actually the battery of it automatically switch off and I’m unable to restart it without re-inserting the battery i.e. Ihave to remove and again insert the battery. Please let me know about the matter. Previously it was with in a week now it’s daily. I’m totally fed up of it. please tell me as soon as possible.

    i purchased the x600 gravity mobile phone, it was working properlly for one week and it stated hanging at one side , and also it can be used both side as it should works on gravity. for the borth side. up and down. one side looking colour and one side ne colour it onely red colour apperes.

    please provide us good coustomer care center no or shop near to malleswaram or yeawanthpur.

    hi, iam not happy with srinivasa service centre at JAYA Nager in Banglore, i had visited many times for X-360 front panal for last two months..
    but i use to get only reply is we getting the stock next week…
    so iam not at all happy with MicroMax Service
    and even the only telephone which is always busy….
    is there some in Micromax who can help me out with honour…

    Hi,

    I purchased a Micromax bling approx. Rs7000 in Sept 2010. Phone had a manufacturing defect and I got it replaced the next day of purchase. New replaced handset kept giving me the same problem of menu key and sound clarity as the previous one I received at time of . I finally asked replacement handset (different Model) and its been a month following with the Service centre. The after sales service is very lethargic and a lot of delay is there. I have not been using the handset since Jan 10. Please look into this ASAP!! Details are:
    Customer Job Card:1445578
    They did not mention the day along with the month on Service receipt.
    No one answers the landline number of service center:080-2244377\22440777. I have called these numbers a 100 times with 0% success. Not even a single time was it picked.
    The service center Executive Mr Jay does not receive the phone either:8792167303.
    Mr Tanveer – another exective is in a meeting all the time and assures a callback which never comes through. He is still waiting areply of email from his H.O since the last 25 days to remediate my problem.

    I really need a clarificaion and end to all these issues ASAP.

    Hi Team,

    I am very much unhappy about response given by navarang branch service center(micro max). I bought brand new GC360 on 14/03/2011 and it was given for service on 2/05/2011 due to it was dead. I purchased this brand because of my friend referred and informed it is good. So I asked so many friends who are using they given very good opinion. I am also very much comfortable while using the all option. The only draw back is with in 50 days it get dead and service is also very poor.

    Dont buy Micromax mobile, from last 4 months i am enquiring for the glass for Q7 model across bangalore.First of all their sercice centre phone no doesn’t work , if it is ringing no one will be picking, other wise it says phone no. doesnot exist. If I goes personally to service center , they will ask us to come after 15 days ,I dont know how many 15 days has gone,
    Please tell all your friends not even look into this brand.

    Please don’t buy Micromax mobiles. Always some issues ill come & if we given in service center they are taking months together & not at all responding properly.
    I given my Mobile Q%5 model in feb, 2011 but still not I am not at recieved that mobile. when ever I call useless buggeres will ask Job sheet ID & IMEI numbers ( Rajajinagar, bangalore) & they will tell that phone is in Head office ( Jayanagar branch). from past 4 months this bluddy buggers what they r doing with that phone

The service and the sales division are so bad, wonder how this company would survive.     i agree tat micromax phones are affordable. but thr vl be one or other problem with thw ph. i bought the pf q5fb on 1stjuly 2010. after one week the charger port was not working i had to spend rs.200 for the repair , the same problem occured for the second time in nov 2010 , now there is a problem with the headset socket. how to overcome this ? can any one help me?
