This is regarding a compline about micromax Q7 ,I PURCHASED Q7 ON 24/08/10 IN THE MOBILE STORE avadi branch ,but with in 1 week I faced soft wear problem. so I returned back the mobile to the store itself. and they assured to replace new mobile but till now I didn’t receive any other reply from your end . and I also tried your cell no many times but not able to get u .kindly treat this mail as major customer compline and also I hope you will help me in this issue.

i got a problem with micromax q5 that it was always in handsfree mode after i remove the headset.
so i go to chennai service centre at t.nagar.
they clear my problem,but another problem has been rised, that there is bad sound effect when hearing audio player with headset.

I bought Q7 3 months back and compete screen has gone and unable to find the contact nos.and name while receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
I suggest that Micromax need to setup more service centres in chennai since customer grievances are increasing day by day.
I do not know that what solutions i will get it from them.

Never go in for micromax Q7 products.
The service center was no were responsive.
They are all dumb.
I have got Micromax Q7, it was working fine diving no trouble only for 3 months.
Then it started with Auto-Off. When i checked with service centre, they replced the battery.
It was just fine for 3 days. Then it shows the same face(Auto-off), with pateince i went to the service center.
They asked me to come and collect it after 2 days. It went upto 20 days, Finally i yelled over them and got back the mobile.
They gave someone’s mobile which came for the service. It worked fine for a week.
Then suddenly it got switched off and never turned on.
I checked with service center, this time too they gave me someone else mobile which came for service.
It worked just for day. Im fed up with them, I have no more strength to struggle with them.
I have thrwn the mobile in dustbin.
It was the same case that i have seen pupil in service center(Vconnect Solutions – Chennai).

I have purchased Q5 in Feb’2010 and the from the day i bought itself facing some problem. The problems are
1) Unable to mute the sound when a ring comes.
2) Unable to attend the phone using the headset button
3) Sometimes even after headset is removed, it shows the headset mode and have to plug in & plug out the headset couple of times to resolve the issue.
4) Recently, i got problem on track ball movement. It is getting struct. If track ball fails nothing can be done with this mobile
5) Unable to get customer care number and finally i got today.
Let me try to touch with customer care and will update the status for my complaints.

I purchase of cellular phone made by your company from univer cell Coimbatore. The model is x220 91009001301837/1351832 dated 17/9/2010
Over a period of usage for 1 month the key was not working .They took 25 day for replacement.
Yesterday I encountered the same problem .Universal cell directed me to the service center. At the service center JM Electronics (342 ,DB roaders Purim )I received a rude reply that no spars are available and it will take more than 2 weeks to get it ready.
Your staffs at the service centre are uncultured and they openly talk about bad services provided by your company and they say company does not provide spares for this model anymore .This is a failure model.
They openly shatter your image.
Please see that my cell phone is delivered to me without delay.

i bought q5 model may 2010 since i was changed head phone 3 times , but i didn’t get a proper way. i fighted with service people @ coimbatore. then i compliented against service center to the ho then only the are replaced. now i getting scrolling ball proiblem and head set problem am requsting u too all don’t waste ur money . resale value also very very poor cost. poor service.

I bought Micromax Q5 on 4th July 2010 and suddenly there was a malfunction after 4 months and gave for repair with Nungambakkam service centre on 13th Jan 2011 with Invoice and till date I have not got proper reply and nobody is picking up the Landline as well as Cell no that I got from the Job Card – Executiive Incharge.

Don’t waste your time for buy this mobile …
I have lot of problems in that..(some errors will occurred while playing songs in music player, when i start the camera the mobile will hanged..and my mobile speakers are very poor… )
i know low price mobiles have some problems but i did not expect lot from my mobile…and am really upset for buy this mobile…

all we had a good opinion on Poorvika after buying this mobile we lost it bcs they only given an good suggestion on micromax,
We Faced many problem first we heard a ECHO sounds while speaking to the other end, and the Scroll is not working, next they have cheated by giving the duplicate CD for PC suite it is not at all working at the First time itself, Poor service centre…
Pls improve the mobile quality and also provide us the Good service centres……

i purchased a micromax Q1 mobile in A to Z mobile stores in kodambakkam since my company does not allow camera mobile. I purchased in February and within netx 15 days the mobile speaker gone down. I could not listen . When tried to replace the store said we sell mobile but do not replace. When I said i have warranty of 6 months, they said go and give for a repair. That’s the kind of service facility we are getting from micromax. I have drained Rs1600.00. Now have to go for Nokia X1-01 mobile.

I bought MicroMax Q1 in June 2010 because my company does not allow me to carry camera phone. This is the WORST EVER PHONE I have ever bought. The phone would switch off any time. The service center is full of DUMB people. They do not know how to fix the problem. They took my phone for 2 months & were not able to fix the problem. I had purchased Q5 model from one shop at Chennai some months back. Its track ball is not working. I went to one of your authorsed service centre at Kokambakkam and the staff there is not seems to be honest. He asked some amount without bill and he asked me to keep the deal as secret.
Please see that track ball complaint is common to your mobile which is due to substandard make. please rectify the problem with Nil or some nominal charge,

This is Viswanathan and I purchased Micromax X266 model in Poorvika Mobile World, Kodambakkam. It was working initially well, but later it gave Network Fail and Unable to Connect issue while dialing the numbers and getting the call from others. Strange thing is I went to PMW Cares, (T. Nagar, North Usman Road) many times because of this issue and they’ve done below mentioned tasks without any solutions. Find the last job sheet for one of the reference.
Completed Tasks as of now:
1. Software refresh done by several times.
2. Kept the mobile with them for two working days and checked their environment with many calls.
3. Placed L3 call for board change, but gave it to me without changing because they said there is minor issue in the board and corrected by them.
Tasks to be completed:
1. Placed L3 call for board change(Send the mobile to Micromax showroom for board change and they will require 10 days for completion).
2. I don’t know what next.
Please someone help me to fix the root cause of this issue or give me an alternative solution.
Note: I would say there is vital role playing with inexperience and lack of knowledge on the mobile platform in PMW Cares.
Please let me know if anyone have concerns or call me directly to my mobile number for any other queries.

Very poor customer service. I own a Q75 & Q5 model which i was satisfied with Q75 model. But if you go for a service its pathetic. Till the tinme you use can use and throw it. If need to service you might end up in paying the service centres half the amount of new phone and the service centre guys are frauds.
