I, Karuna Arora in advance say SORRY,I am not a regular writer of this type of complaint. I am a Govt. Servant some people was tried to cheat with me and they get 7 cheques No.140480 To 140486 Sec 14 branch ICICI Bank on 17.07.10.I gave request to stop payment on Bank Customer care no.9818178000 on 19.07.10 at 10.30.AM & also give a complaint & information to Safdarjung Police Station, New Delhi on same day which is near to my office. On 21.07.10 the bank had clear cheque no140484 & give Rs. 24000.00 to unknown person. Regarding this I was going to my Bank to give complaint & request to BRANCH MANAGER to do needful Even she could not received my complaint and ask roudly this matter is not related with Branch. Than I connect to customer care no.9818178000 their reply was this matter is related to your Bank Branch. I send a complaint to ICICI Bank through email on 20.07.10 at 3.30 PM. There is no reply till now. Even I have also submit my complaint at Consumer Court http://www.consumercourt.in/credit-card/19784-icici-bank-credit-card-loan.html , they tell me that drag them to the consumer forum, but I know its not possible for me because Court will take time and as I am a Govt. servent its not possible for me to file a case, I am very fade up & hopeless. Kindly help me and do needful in this matter. If any one have any idea or faced such issue in past or facing such issue please contact me at karuna70@gmail.com

Please be careful with icici Money to India,Icici got worst customer care service if u would like to cancel the money to India account u never able to
cancel ur account. They will have ur social security no and everything but they never cancel ur account. I asked to cancel my account please read the reply mail from Icici Bank

With respect to your mail we would like to inform you that we are unable to cancel/ delete the user ID.
However you can reset the password or alternatively you can create the new user ID.
You can disable the old user id by 3 wrong attempts while login.

In emergency I sent money through ICICI Money2India and got email that your request is received. Then after few days I got to know money has not been sent to beneficiary account in India. I called ICICI and then they said, sent us transaction copy, screen shot of your bank statement, etc. I sent this 3 times as every time I used to sent and call customer care they used to ask me the same. After 3 days 1 customer service rep told me that our system is down since 3 days. Means whatever I did was useless. Then she told me to call on next day, i.e. on Saturday. When I called on Saturday and told full story to another representative, he told me technical team doesn’t work on Saturdays & Sundays. So I called him on Monday this time I got an answer that your request will be solved in 24 to 48 working hrs after receiving your email, when I told that I am sending emails since last 1 week, then she said our system started working today itself so from now 24 to 48 hrs. When I realize these people are hopeless, I arrange money from my friend in India and sent to that person to whom I wanted to sent. I am still tracing my with ICICI. MORAL: NEVER EVER NEVER EVER NEVER EVER USE money2indis IN EMERGENCY. THEY ARE SIMPLY HOPELESS. If they cant track money why they ask us to send proof of sending money to local bank? Its problem in their system.

ICICIBank – A FRAUD BANK
I was transferring money using icicibank service money2india. From same account in usa and same account in india they did trasfer by ACH as well as wire transfer. last week 2/8/2012 i did trasfer with all same info using wire transfer but amount never transferred to my account in india. I called icicbank call center than they told me it rejected and amount will return backed but as today 2/17/2012 i have not received amount and also no information from icicibank. They are holding customer money and making amount on it. In plain view it looks few days delayed but in large picture when you see it seem to be fraud. CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH FRAUD BANK – ICICIBANK.
