Recently PayPal asking for PAN number to update Indian user PayPal account. Indian PayPal user must enter PAN Card number before peep into their PayPal account. After 1 month long PayPal nightmare in Indian,PayPal resumed withdrawal to Indian Bank account from 3rd march. Still RBI want to control the foreign cash flow to India & want to impose income tax on the earned amount. As per RBI guideline, now PayPal need to collect Pan Card number from Indian PayPal user & update in the records so that Indian regulator can track the source of money from foreign.
