    Dear Customer Care Team,
    This Goura Hari Dalai haveing Reliance GSM SIM No- 9019330762, i had taken this SIM past 01 & half year, it also working fine till last week Sept-10, Last week also had receive two SMS from your end, as i have to submit Application & document to Reliance office. That also i did nearest Reliance office Whitefiled Bangalore -66, there Mr Kishore named one executive resolve issue. yesterday, 08th Sept-10, i spoke to your Customer Care guy Mr Bharath regarding the above issue he also said there is no issue, we have received your document, you can continue the same SIM. So that i had recharge the SIM but balance not come and also Outgoing call fail, After then i try to reach your customer care it is also error. My dear team my Humble request to you all pls look into this matter and do the needful as soos as possible, pls contact with me (9036138014)if any thing is require.

    Dear Customer Care Team,
    This is Vikram Kumar,I am facing problem while Connecting my native relince no which is owned by my brother Vikram Kumar a customer of reliance gsm. on 2 month back I got my reliance number (07879235797) of (Madhya Pradesh->district:Sidhi->Taluka:Singrauli->Town:Nigahi). Most of the time my call is getting drop during the conversation . when i call to someone then always it come network busy,and it never get connected . i am unable to call/receive any call .I also complain 5 time to customer care but no solutions they provided till the time .I am fedup from my no. as i or other person cant hear clear voice due to poor network….and messages not deliver to person i want…..Its my humble request to you…i have to face very difficulty as i miss my important call due to very poor network, Please let me know if you can provide any solution other wise m going to switch other service provider (Airtel)

    hi i am rishabh saksena actually my problem regarding reliance gsm is that network tower keeps on shunting they come and go and a msg appears on my screen check info service i dont know what the heck is this but sometimes its network is good sometimes its too poor reliance sumtimes i cant carry reliance with me just bcoz of its irritating and inconsistent network problems lacks consistency unlike airtel and vodafone.i have no idea that for how many day will this problem be continued i just hope it gets better with time

    Hi,I am Jagadeesh i took the GSM SIM card an year before, my number is +91-9543440031,I had a problem with out going problem and i gave a complaint, then it was resolved. Now I have a problem and the customer care people is not able to solve the problem. The problem is Rs30.00 was deducted without activated any service. I spoke with supervisor Narayanan in custeomer care he said that he can’t do anything to refund the money. Can you please take the needful action because i am sure that i did not dail any number.     I have called several times to your customer care help line for the rwap setting, but they have given me the netconnect setting and it does not support my browsers… So I request you to kindly give me the rwap setting… My number is 9508124808 . Model-nokia 2700 classic.

    I was a Reliance CDMA(9321049076) subscriber for last 2.5 years.Due to the LG handset problem i was to convert 2 GSM.On April 2011 i converted to GSM.When i am using my phone in my room,i am getting full coverage for CDMA but one or two points or points are fluctuating coverage for GSM.I tried putting sim card in different mobile but result looks same.So i raised a complaint in reliance customer care on April 19th 2011.They said they transfered to net work team and given 3 days 1 week time frame every time when we contacted them.Finally we fed up and we given complaint to Nodal Officer on May 1st week.Result was same as like customer care.
    We are really in trouble,what need to do next.My wife is using this phone and i am not able to contact her from my office due to this problem.
    Due to this issue i didnt pay the bill amount.so they disconnected my connection.We promise them that once you clear the issue we are ready for the payment.They are forcing to pay the bill amount.Reliance person came here 2-3 times and they force us to pay the bill.

    sir,I AM FROM KASHMIR & ONCE I HAD MY MOBILE NO:9018476150 .I LOST THE SAME NO. MANY TIMES I GAVE APPLICATION TO NEARER RELIANCE COUNTERS, BUT ALL IN VAIN. SIR, ACTUALLY NO ONE CAME TO MY RESCUE AND THE LOST SIM IS USING BY ANOTHER PERSON. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY NO. BARRED.
