Solution Of Tata Photon Plus Remote Computer Does Not Responding Problem
Tata Photon plus user facing problem during connecting in remote area even there is CDMA signal available & grren light is showing in Tata Photon plus device.During connecting many Tata Photon plus user got “Remote Computer Does Not Responding” problem.According to Tata Photon plus, when green light is on means strong connectivity signal.But “Remote Computer Does Not Responding” message reflect in screen of remote area Tata photon plus user.
Solution Provided By Tata Photon Plus Customer Care -
- Go to My Computer
- Right Click on it & click on properties.
- Go to Hardware & select device manager
- Select the Tata Photon Plus modem
- Right click on that modem & click on properties
- Select Advance option
- Write AT+CRM=1 in the text box.
- Click on ok
- Restart the Computer
What Condition Need To Satisfy For Using Tata Photon Plus:
- 1X CDMA network need to available in that Area + HSIA network area needed
But At+CRM=1 method does not work in most of the cases.So try to enquire about Tata Photon Plus work ability before purchase.
