Sun direct is a bad DTH in india because i dont get any signal from satelite my dth was dead it is too bad friends dont buy sun direct in my experience it is not working work properly and some time do not get some channels.we cant call customer it is too busy it is difficult buy and recharge,because recharge coupons are rare i think other dth services are bettar than sun direct in case of channels and other services

Please let me know when i can expect the channels.
These is not custom satisfaction. Please try to resolve the issues or total shutdown your Sun direct. Atleast we can acquire another DTH service.

If anybody wants advice to purchase Sun Direct DTH, then I will refuse to him to purchse Sun Direct DTH. Because there is poor response from the service side. Also cheating the customers. Our connection has ocurred problem for more than 15 days but the toll free no. says net work busy.

We are not getting Angel Tv and Shalom Tv. Please offer this channel immediately. Other devotional channels are started immediately after the satelite problem is solved. Why these two channels are not given important. we took sundirect only for this tv’s. please look in to the matter urgently.
