dear sir the card was charged for rs 999 with your dlr sri satya ratna associates vizag on13thsep 2011t 2011.. then started my bad time. they promised allchannels for 6 monthswith cinema plus-telugu/tamiletc. no cinema plus from thatday.made more than 200calls.i get goonda answer. and it was totally disconcted on 13thoct 2011.the reply was verybad, then contacted sun directcustomer care. yesterday one mis madhavi confirmed that everything was setright. it was okay was one hour, after that cinema no plus . nobody ispicking thephone 15th oct 2011

everything related to u is a real mess. i cant recharged online today @11:oo morning. its 2:00 now but i’m not getting any channels. i called your customercare & IVR is saying i havent recharged the account. and i didnt get to talk to your exexcutive so that i can complain about the issue..der is no option to contact customer careand ur nodal officer is not picking up the phone….
