I have been very unlucky to contact sundirect customer care, since all my attempts to contact them on phone ends up with the IVR message “All routes to the dialed destination are busy.”. Hence I have the following query:
1) Whether sundirect has a customer care? If so what is their number. I have the customer care number as 39407575.
2) Whether any particular day only the customer care is working. If so what is the day and the dusration they are available.

I am very much upset of this DTH service because it happened 2 times with me that the set top box i got is started with other name and add. 1st also when i got the box then also it was in others name when i complained they refused but when i mailed in your site they rectified and they changed the box but now again it is the same matter now what to do about it please rectify this problem for me otherwise i have to pull it out from my home. When i talked to customer care they said that it is not your id.I recharged my account but it didn’t have activated yet. SMART CARD NO. 41406252472
