I have received PIN Number without any envelope on the staircase of my residence 120A, RM 2, Rajender Nagar, Sahiababad, Ghaziabad. Your courier service did not deliver by hand and no signature were taken. The details on the outside are : TA1028500005 AND 2011028500005. However I have not received any credit card. I wish to inform that for any misuse of my credit card I will not be responsible.
I tried to contact 1800 180 8282 but there is no option of talking to any executive.

I have called customer care just now. Person came on line after 15 minutes and replied system is not working and to call after 1 hr.
How are you sure that after 1 hr system will work!!!!
Why CCE took 15 minutes to come on line as system is not working they should be free enough to attend calls.
I even told him that this call is for Card not received by me, then he kept phone down.
I think tata name is being spoilt totally by your CCE.

Please note, though I was offered a Tata card long back at Croma, Belapur,
I have not received the same. On enquiry at Croma, Belapur I was told that
the card will follow soon. But The card has never arrived. Please note, I
do not have any Tata card and I have never used one. Still, I find that

I Have applied for Tata Credit Card last month, They have not given any reference number, Once Tata Credit Card Executive called me asked the details, that’s all from that day to till date i have not received any response from them.If i call to call centre they are asking for application number or reference number, but i dont have anything as they have not given to me,
Can you please mail me the status of Credit card,
Or my details are misused and issued the card to somebody or what

Till date i have not received any points as well as 1.5% discounted amount on the purchase of lenova desktop and FAX machine.
I have visited to croma shop on sunday but as per staff promise the points were still not uploaded which should within two days

I have not received my Tatacard even after so many reminders. I have the pin which they have sent separately. Without the card, it is not useful.
I am unable to get any satisfactory answer from their customer care.

I sent a mail to “customer.care@tatacard.com” before a week regarding queries about balance transfer, but till now I didn’t get any response.

1) I had used my TATA credit card first time on 1st August 07 for purchase worth Rs 6027/-
2) I had recd statement dated 12th August 07 on 23rd August 07.
3) I had issued HDFC bank cheque via account no 052114021088, worth Rs 6027/- dated 24 th August 07 to Tata card no 5126 2292 4414 9293 ( Retrieved Copy from HDFC bank attached for your reference),
4) Above cheque was debited to my above mentioned HDFC account on 12th Sept 07. ( Attached HDFC bank account statement & Specific letter form HDFC bank).
5) Inspite of payment being made on 12th Sept 07, Dues being reflected in the statement generated by TATA card on 12 th Sept 07.
6) I had informed these issue to your customer care on 13th Sept 07 and subsecuently many time till date.
7) Subsequently i called your customer care on 23/09/07, 24/09/07 & again on 04/10/07. But the issue remain unresolved.
9) After much efforts i had retrieved all documents from HDFC bank as follows
a) Retrieved copy of Cheque issued to TATA credit card.
b) Account statement reflecting payment debited from my account
c) Specific letter from HDFC bank reflecting details of transaction and amount being debited from my account to TATA credit card account.
d) Billing statements dated 12th August 07 & 12th Aoct 07.
10) With all this i think it is sufficient for you to sort out the issue at the earliest and avoid further inconvenience
Please note that it has leaded to lot of inconvenience to me since 12th September 07 Mentally & Financially. I had never faced and suffered such kind of delama from past 14 years during my HDFC & ICICI credit card usage.

Recently I went to CROMA Rohini Delhi for purchase some electronics item.There I was apprached by the Tatacard Team.I was told that this card will give me 10% discount on all purchase made from TATA CROMA and other organisation including NDPL and no charges will be levied such as AMC.I agreed and sign forms to get the TataCard.
Yesterday I received my statement of account asking me to pay Rs 386.05 as Annual Fee Charged which is in contravention of offer made me by Tatacard Team.
Request
If charges are levied as aforesaid I am not willing to use your card and please get it cancelled and a certificate of this effect me sent to my address along with reverse your charges.
I further submit I agree to accept your offer as a gesture of goodwill being old customer of Croma having made purchase over Rs 1.00 lacs during last 2-3 years.I am, working in nationalised bank and my bank has given CREDIT CARD with triple of limit as offered by you with credit period over 50 days and free of any service charges which I used at CROMA.
Therefore pleae cancel the CREDIT CARD by reversal of Service Charges and I shall also publicise your attitude.

The helpline are useless, people posted in the help are sense less and system is prompt to unlimited waiting.Yesterday with regard to levy of charges on CARD NO 5126 2292 1472 2335 I called on 24 hor helpline I was asked to contact over in the morning 8.00 AM to 5PM.Why this is not writted on Statement and webside.Tatacatds needs improvement and better technology to redress the complaint of its customer.Imail my complaint in the morning still no response has been given .If any body will help me .

What a shame for Tata:(
I have not yet received any Credit Card and they have sent me the SMS to pay some 386.01 INR(Credit Card Annual fees).
I think Tata has hired some brilliant executives to give mental harrasmenet kinds of treatment to innocent customers.
Genuine request to TATA Credit CArd dept – please stop doing these kinds of behaviour!!

disgusting customer care and the sales executive make fool of people even the calls i m trying for last two days continuously don’t get connected to customer care.
pathetic i am a user of citi bank credit card and having hdfc as well but this card and there services are really bad making fool of people and adding additional charges.

I tried to call to your given customer care no. but couldn’t connect from last 5 days, I wanted to know the GST Debit Charges you have been deducting from last two bills?????
Also, I made a purchase on 04/09/2011 & paid the same on 06/10/2011, i was told the credit period of 50 Days then why you have debited 500/- as late fee charges
Further, What is FIN CHARGES ON RETAIL (EXCL. GST)??????
If this remains the same then pls. cancel my credit card!!
