• Step 2: Dial the toll free access number mentioned at the back of the card.
• Step 3: Dial your account number, which is the first 8-digits of the 12-digit code.
• Step 4: Dial your PIN, which is the last 4-digits of the 12-digit code.
• Step 5: Listen to the balance talk-time & dial the destination number in the format “00-country code-area code-phone number” (for ISD), “Area code-phone number” (for STD)
