Are you a existing Tata Indicom customer ? Beware of Indian one of the worst, useless,poor customer care of Tata Indicom. I am the blog poster, itself a victim of Tata Indicom poorest customer service. Tata Indicom occasionally send the email to customer regarding their ” BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CUSTOMER” . But this is totally a false & shameless claim by Tata Indicom authority. The main reason behind their poorest customer service is they are not even agree to listen customer query.Tata Indicom having a very very poor customer care and I have never seen such a one in my life. I am a 5 years existing Tata Indicom user & now planning to leave all my Tata Indicom prepaid connection. I am cheated by Tata Indicom many times. I am totally not satisfied with the customer service provided by the Tata Indicom. Tata Indicom prepaid mobile customer care is totally a waste if time & the most irritating thing is that Tata Indicom customer service always misguide & confuse the customer.

- Tata Indicom corporate are frequently changing plans with out informing customers.

I agree to the above post mentioning the poor quality of customer service.
The customer service is the worst one that i have experienced all my life. there are no executives who can speak in english.Hindi is the default language..in case if one wants to choose english, he cant. The executive says “kya main aapse hindi mein baat kar sakta hu?”
Secondly i made a call today and was not satisfied with your executive. I asked him to trfr the call to some senior person. He was so stubborn & said that no i wont do it coz i think i have cleared all your doubts. Damn…who will decide if he has cleared my doubts or not.. Him or Me. Still when i insisted, he disconnected my call> It could not be rude than this.
Last time also when i called, the executive was in such a hurry..i m asking him questions, n he was like “kya aapko aur koi jaankari chahiye?”. Is one call limited to only 1 query? The same line your executive said atleast 5 times and i had no option but tp hang up without my query been resolved.
It really is a waste of time and a bad experience with Tata Indicom prepaid customer care.
FYI..In my family, we have 5 tata indicom connections, out of which 2 we have already discontinued..and i guess this quality of customer service will force me to stop indicom at all.
See to it that your executives are upto the mark. Spending a little more is ok..but having a bad word is far more worse..

pl donot cheat the people by deducting charges like santa in city Rs,10/-.National news alerts sms Rs.30/- where we have not opted this services.really you people are cheating and your customer care people are also not responding properly

R u guys serious in resolving any issue I made a complaint on 1 feb continous emails phne calls to ur customer care but till date I got no response
Tried to call nodal officer either busy or someone else pick calls on his behalf
plz be serious if u r nt .
i think u have heard of number portability
this is the only reason for migrating to other operator
