   Tata Photon+ services really sucks. They claims upto 3.1 Mbps speed without any minimum speed guarantee.I get 100-200 kbps speed that too after I connect my photon+ device with the a antenna they have installed.

   They customer care is worst in the world, they open the issue and close it claiming issue is resolved without fixing the issue.

   @Kamal:::Sorry to ask you but do you know the meaning of 3.1Mbps and 3.1MBps.(see the “b” n “B”)
   we are supposed to get 3.1Mbps on TATA photon rite..?so it is 3.1 mega bit per second(small b for bit)but when we download we are supposed to get speed in bytes that is capital B so we are supposed to divide 3.1Mbps or 3100Kbps by 8 to get the original speed in bytes so 3100/8 = 387.5
   so we should get a speed of 387.5KBps and because of the congestion if u still get around 250KBps it awesome man so don’t you cry no more.

   the tv commerical shows tht its unlimited is just fucking 5 gb unlimited with the high speed
   at the rate of 1500 rs

   Why Tata launching unlimited plan?
   If tata is offering tata photon speed for limited data,after that it like as tata indicom modem.
   Please, tell them meaning of unlimited plan.
   Give the unlimited plan with tata photon plus speed.

    Hi,

    I got tata photon unlimited plan which should have upto 3.1 Mbps download speed for the limit of 5GB and after that it should be 150 KBPS which i am not getting I called to the customer care and they asked me to few steps which I already tried but no use then he transfered my cal to technical department and he also suggested me the same steps and also asked me to check the internet speed in Speedtest.net – The Global Broadband Speed Test website …..( it means that Tata doesn’t have its link to check the speed of internet) and I got upload speed 0.08mbps(8KBPS) and download speed 0.09mbps(9KBPS) which is less than 150 KBPS and not a 10 % of what you guys are providing which means your service is the worst service …………..

    i have browzed the net and i see every customer is facing same problem that means this problem cant be solved through coustomer care or thier technical department.They cant solve this problem because they dont have solution for it.Tata is simply cheating customer and talking their valuble money they should be punished by consumer court and should be haviely penalised for frodgery with unlimited consumers they have cheated.Tata should stop this service till they find a solution to provide what they are promising their coustomers.Somebody like group of lawyers should take some step and file case in court and compel tata to stop their services immediatly so that they cant cheat(clause 420) any more consumers and tata should be havily penalised as lot of coustemer have lost valubale money to them.I request to the people who are able to file complain against tata please take some step so that they should stop cheating Indian

    LOL @ viveksingh are you noob ??? 150kbps means overall speed dude

    150kbps overall net = 150/8 downloadspeed i.e 150/8 = 20-25kb sumthing

    so if u get download speed till 20kb its ok and i am also a tata photon plus user i hve plan 10gb limit after 10gb 150kb speed but i easily download more than 50-60gb permonth in 3.1mb speed i know the main fucking noob point of tata photon and i will fuck them up ……

    I’M USING TATA PHOTON PLUS 950 UNLIMITED PLAN BUT NOT KNOWING ACTUALLY HOW THE BILL W’LL COME AS AFTER THE USAGE OF 5GB ,EXTRA CHARGE W’LL BE APPLIED OR NOT
