Im not using the drive for a computer. Im increasing my dvr Storage. Awesomely simple to connect to a dtv dvr and get working. Three quick steps. 1 Turn off the dvr. 2 Plug up the sata cable and power cable. 3 Power on the sata drive and then the dvr. You’re done! Its that simple.
