Hi i AM NEERAJ FROM SURAT, I AM TOTALY FED UP WITH UNINOR SERVICE I TRIED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT REGARDING FALS BALANCE DEDUCTION BUT EVERY TIME I CALL THY SAID THT THE SYSTEM IS ON UPDATATION IF THE THE SYSTEM IS NOT UPDATED WITH MY INFORMATION THE HOQW CAN THEY DEDUCT AMMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT
THIS IS ALL THE 198 SERVICE IS YHE WORST IN THE BUSINESS THEY R THE PERSON WITH MIND SET UP NOT TO HELP COSTOMOR

Uninor is onlty bakwaas service provider. I am trying to lodge a complaint at their complaint to nodle officer no 9173010101 but mobile no is switched off since last 3Days. In that way Uninor is Cheating Telecome service provider and i apeal to all do not join uninor.now i complaint to trai.

uninor tag line is pay less get more it is opposite to it.i am getting frustrated because when i pick my phone to call the balance is zero.Due to it i had faced problem at my job.i am using nokia 1100 when i tried to complain on 198 the hopless person said that u activated service through internet via mobile.IS THAT SO NOKIA 1100 SUPPORT INTERNET?
There way activating service without permission is worst.people are doing recharge from there hard earned money.
The another no is 777 for deactivating service.when i do try for approx 30times my service was not deactivated.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that inspite of several reminders since a last months,
my following issues have been not addressed by your esteemed organisation:
1- I have submitted/signed all papers and account has not been still started.
2- I am not getting the connection service ( 8490000786 ) which was committed to me.
3-I have received an invoice which is asking me to paid Rs. 2,500/- where as i am entitled for the number as per the commitment given by your organisation.
Is this company running without any guidelines or
support system for the customers,
where no body is there to listen?
Is your organisation not allowed to start any account with written/signed papers for connection ?
Isn’t it amt tp fraud and cheating on your side?
Kindly revert back with some solutions and
have some support system where customers are given chance to hear?
