Videocon D2H should provide Ten Cricket channel for all their veiwers on priority.
If they are not able to provide the same immediately on permanent basis, atlest an alternative arrangement should be made so that all cricket crazy fans in INDIA are not deprived of viewing the most awaited and exciting cricket series with South Africa.
If no arrangements will be made, the same should be communicated to all viewers so that we all cricket fans can switch on to other digital providers.
Hope Videocon D2H will take necessary action by today evening.

TEN CRICKET not available on videocond2h…. nothing was told abt not adding this new channel while availing the d2h connection… now customer care “carelessly” says this channel is not available and we cannot watch cricket.. does not look like they are going to add it in the near future as well.. time to really cancel this d2h and move on to better service providers… they send the same idiotic reply even if mail is sent.. just not worried abt customer feedback at all… nothing is direct abt this d2h as they claim…

I am Videocon D2H customer since more than a year. I purchased D2H specifically as they were the only ones offering ALL sports channels available at the time. However, I am disappointed that Videocon D2H has not added Ten Cricket in their New Diamond Pack. In fact, this channel is not available on D2H platform at all. I would request them to heed to all the feedback they have been receiving through their CSR’s, this website and many other websites where their customers are demanding Ten Cricket immediately so that they can enjoy IND-South Africa series.

Hi Videcon Ten sport is not the only chanel they have problem even they have taken back DD chandana and other chanels. When the private cable guys can air the required chanels what the heck is stoping Videocon. In the era of technology and lots of competetors one should not starve for the chanles. I have spoken to the supervisor of the customer care as well. If the problem is not fixed then consider this as my last month subscription and i will make sure that i will circulate this trhu all social network websites and emails to ensure that no one will go for VIDECON bull shit …

This is extremely disappointing that Vediocon D2H can not afford TEN CRICKET in it. When i called the vediocon call center to check why this channel is not available , the response was “” YOU CAN WATCH India – South africa ONE DAY SERIES IN DD NATIONAL , WE ARE SORRY ” TEN CRICKET IS NOT AVAILABLE ” . As a customer of vediocon D2H i am extremeley disappointed with this response and now regret my decision to purchase vediocon service. i should have gone to any other provider . All other providers ( Airtel, Tatasky, sun direct, Big TV, ..) are providing this channel . As a sports lover i am extremely disappointed and now thinking about alternate option of changing to some other provider.
This is not CORRECT SERVICE and good business strategy ….

I think Videocon d2h will soon start Ten Cricket. Because if they don’t many will shift to other providers.
This age is of competition if one want’s to survive have to give good service.

We Have Videocon DTH but i yesterday when i went home i was surprised that i surfed all the Channels but could not see . today i came to know that its on Ten Cricket which is not there in DTH. I tried contacting them but no one answered . We want it ASAP .. otherwise i think people will start moving to another service provider . Like TRAI there should be some body here to monitor this . They should also give the option to all the DTH provider to change there subscriber as its done for Mobiles .
Even SUN Direct has that channel . So why not Videcon DTH.

I use TataSky HD with the Grand Sports Package only since two months but I have been a Tatasky SD sucibrsber for almost like six years. I must say I am very happy with the service. Well the DTH customer care has always been a pain with any DTH provider in India. However if you can setup and manage your dish and decoder all by yourself, which is not so difficult then life is good. Tatasky has fantastic add free seven or eight Asli HD channels they call and those include a prime sports channel, Star Movies, Star World, Star Plus, Star Gold, NatGeo and Discovery. I watch on a 40 Sony Bravia LED TV and I tell you the experience of HD channels are breathtaking. So without any doubt to my judgement TataskyHD is the best so far. I would love to have more HD channels specially HBO-HD which I’m eagerly waiting. By the way I also have a box each from DishHD, SunHD and Airtel.
