   I have given a complaint against AC of your company (VOLTAS) with the complaint number 11JN2600197. According to the complaint raised RAMCORE SERVICE CENTER has sent the technicians to resolve the complaint. But later on they have returned back the part of the AC saying that the complaint does not belongs to their center. And so I have again raised a complaint to the voltas customer care service and this time KOOL MOON SERVICE CENTER has sent their technicians according to the raised complaint and they have said that the complaint does not belong to them as RAMCORE has already attended to the complaint raised. So, what shall we do in this situation. Kindly respond to the given query as soon as possible. please give reply to my mail id. HOPING THE BEST FROM YOU.

   Its very bad experience of me when I have decided to purchase of Voltas such a brand and was thinking to install in office too.

   Thanks to God that still I have not purchased it for my Ltd. Company.

   On dated 27th. June 1.5 ton Voltas Vetis Gold Window AC was purchased.

   From the date of Purchase the cooling was not proper it’s cooling is only up to 26 degree.

   On dated 2nd july 2011 complaint was made (11JL0205864) that cooling was not proper leakage of water and remote was not working. Your service man came and give the demo.
   I have added the remarks of not proper cooling on dated 3rd. July service series No. is 5685.

   On dated 2nd. August again the Complaint lodeged (11AU0201303) But your service man (Mr. Rama) came and spend 2 to 3 hour but result zero and told that we will come on next day with some instrument.
   On dated 4th. his phone came and said that we have got that product from company now we will come and till date not come.

   On dated 6 th. after follow up for same complaint Mr Honey has called to the given number of my wife 9716501502 that we are coming and without listing properly he dissconected the phone and after call made from our side he didn’t pick the phone and after that when the call has come after two hour he very rudely behaving and saying stupid words to my wife.

   If this is the service then what’s the fun to run the company.

   I repeat my complaint of not cooling and not working of remote so Kindly do the job soon and proper of REPLACE my AC.
