PayPal mailed new outrage notice to Indian PayPal user. PayPal notified Indian PayPal user that PayPal stopped Bank Withdrawal Facility In India again from 1st August. In 28th July 2010, PayPal declared to stop all electronic withdrawal In India From 1st August.

The Information and Broadcasting Ministry stated that FTV program showed in last September Showing partially nude Woman.Ministry also added that FTV channel go off air till March 21. Ministry claimed that FTV program showing topless woman. Indian Political Icon lost his war on 17th January,2010. Jyoti Basu breath his last on 11.47 am in sunday morning.India lost the most famous politician on sunday. Jyoti Basy admitted in hospital in 1st January,2010 suffering from pneumonia. Once again it is provded that Cyber Law is just a Mockery in India.IT Act 2000 is passed in 2000.Nice years passed,but still no one arrested or convicted in cyber crime in Karnataka.

According to DG of Corps of Detectives (CoD) D V Guruprasad,cyber police station was inaugurated in 2001 in Karnataka.But only 307 cases have been registered in past nine years.DG also claimed that annual average of case is 37 only.Police able to file charge sheet for only 60 cases.But still no once arrested or convicted.

This is absolutely wrong that Cyber Crime is tow low in India.But low low case is due to lack of complain.People failed to complain as local police station not register any case related to cyber crime.

Online spam email,Online obscene content is flooded n Internet by Indian user.Lots of Indian girls captured in unwanted conditions & exposed in Internet.But no one can catch up the criminal.

But government need to set up more Cyber Police Station in India to beat cyber crime & also need to train the police properly.

Indian Mobile operator pushed Indian Government to delay the introduction of mobile number portability by three month.Previously Government decided to introduce mobile number portability in India from 31st December,2009.Ministry of Communications and Information Technology said that “The government has now decided to implement it in whole of the country in one go, by 31st March 2010″ .

Mobile user can switch from one mobile operator to another mobile operator without changing the mobile number.But no mobile operator want to loose market in this tough competition.

Previously Government decided to start mobile number portability in India A telecom zone from 31st December 2009. But now Government decided to start Mobile Number Portability from 31st March 2010 in all over the India at one go.

Telecom Regulator Authority Of India plan to introduce 11 digit mobile number in India. Currently Indian mobile have 10 digit mobile number. Current mobile user in India is more than 50 Crore.Every month 1.5 Crore new mobile user added. But in 10 digit mobile number, only 100 Crore mobile number is possible.

TRAI expect that within next 2 year,Indian number of mobile user exceed 100 Crore.

11 digit mobile number roll out in India is still a long process. Huge technical change is needed to implement this change in India.Indian telecom company said that 11 digit mobile number roll out in India need at least 12-18 month time.

TRAI also advised to provided unused mobile number to other new mobile user. It will also help to change the infrastructure to implement 11 digit mobile number in India.
