Recently PayPal asking for PAN number to update Indian user PayPal account. Indian PayPal user must enter PAN Card number before peep into their PayPal account. After 1 month long PayPal nightmare in Indian,PayPal resumed withdrawal to Indian Bank account from 3rd march. Still RBI want to control the foreign cash flow to India & want to impose income tax on the earned amount. From 5th February,2010 onwards, PayPal halts all personal payment service to & from Indian PayPal user account. PayPal not clear about this problem.They not officially declared this as a policy change. PayPal also requested Indian PayPal account holder that They are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible .PayPal reversed all personal payment received in Indian PayPal account holder to sender account from 1st February.Lakhs of Indian PayPal user feared about the future of money exist in PayPal account. PayPal fund withdrawal to Indian bank account also suspended currently.

Indian PayPal got the Below mail from PayPal when Payment is reversed:

“Hello
Your payment of XXX has been sent back to the sender of the payment. We reversed this payment because we have stopped allowing personal payments to be sent to or from India. If this was a payment for a purchase of goods or services, and not a personal payment, then you may contact the buyer and have him or her resend the payment as follows: (a) click the Send Money tab, (b) select “Goods,” and (c) provide a shipping address. If this payment was a personal payment such as a gift, then we have requested that the sender find another payment method until we restore personal payments to and from India. We are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and we’re sorry for any inconvenience.
Thank you, PayPal”
